Welcome to the ATI Watches Inc. website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from ATI Watches Inc. (“ATI Watches,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or submitting a watch for service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through our website.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access to its systems, submit false information, or use the website for fraudulent activities.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph every item. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device’s display.

Pre-owned and vintage watches may show signs of age, wear, polishing, repair, or prior service. Any known material condition issues will be disclosed in the product description to the best of our knowledge.

Measurements, production dates, model information, and other product details are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may be approximate.

3. Availability and Order Acceptance

All products are subject to availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

• An item is unavailable or was sold before inventory could be updated.

• Product or pricing information contains an error.

• Payment cannot be verified or authorized.

• We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

• Shipping restrictions prevent us from completing the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. The customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before completing the transaction.

5. Shipping for Watch Purchases

ATI Watches provides free standard shipping on all watch purchases shipped to domestic U.S. addresses only. International shipping, expedited shipping, and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. High-value orders may require an adult signature. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and being available to receive the package.

6. Returns and Restocking Fee

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact ATI Watches within this 14-day period to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the watch must be:

• Unworn and undamaged;

• In its original condition; and

• Returned with all original boxes, tags, manuals, warranty cards, links, accessories, and other included items.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping service with signature confirmation. ATI Watches is not responsible for a returned package until it has been received by us.

All returned watches are subject to inspection. ATI Watches may refuse a return or make additional deductions if the watch has been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or returned with missing items.

Approved refunds, less the 5% restocking fee and any applicable deductions, will be issued to the original payment method. Original expedited or international shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Special-order, customized, engraved, altered, or final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

7. Service Work and Battery Replacement

The customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from ATI Watches for all service work, including:

• Battery replacements;

• Watch repairs;

• Maintenance and cleaning;

• Inspections and estimates; and

• Other watch-related services.

Customers should package watches securely and use a trackable, fully insured shipping method. ATI Watches is not responsible for loss or damage occurring before a service item is delivered to us or after it has been transferred to the return shipping carrier, except to the extent required by law.

An initial estimate may change if additional problems or required parts are discovered during inspection or repair. We will request the customer’s approval before performing work that materially exceeds an approved estimate.

Service completion dates are estimates and may change because of parts availability, manufacturer delays, the condition of the watch, or additional repairs that become necessary.

Battery replacement alone does not guarantee that a watch is water-resistant. Water resistance is not guaranteed unless pressure testing and the applicable waterproofing services are specifically performed and documented.

Service fees and completed labor are nonrefundable, except where required by law or when ATI Watches determines that the service was not properly completed.

8. Manufacturer and Service Warranties

New watches may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Any ATI Watches warranty will apply only when expressly stated in writing on the product listing, sales receipt, or service documentation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water or moisture damage, impact damage, loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, straps, bracelets, crystals, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Third-Party Brands and Trademarks

All brand names, model names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.

Unless expressly stated, ATI Watches is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the manufacturer of a pre-owned watch. Any authorized-dealer status applies only to brands for which ATI Watches has received official authorization.

10. Fraud Prevention

We may request identification, payment verification, address verification, or other information before accepting or shipping an order.

We reserve the right to delay, decline, or cancel transactions that cannot be verified or that we reasonably believe may involve fraud, unauthorized payment, resale abuse, or other unlawful activity.

11. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, and design, are owned by or licensed to ATI Watches and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. ATI Watches does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Accessing a third-party website is at the user’s own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

ATI Watches does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from errors or harmful components. This disclaimer does not affect any express product or service warranty provided in writing or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATI Watches will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, possession, use, or inability to use a product or service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ATI Watches’ total liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATI Watches Inc. and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms, a website purchase, or ATI Watches’ services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the terms governing a purchase already completed unless required by law.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, product descriptions, invoices, and any written service authorization, constitute the agreement between the customer and ATI Watches concerning the applicable transaction.

If a written invoice, service agreement, or product listing contains transaction-specific terms that conflict with these general Terms, the transaction-specific terms will control for that transaction.
