Shipping & Return Policy

Watch Purchases

We offer free standard shipping on all watch purchases within the United States. Orders ship in 1-3 business days. Please email at atiwatches@gmail.com or call (470) 282-1725 if your order has not shipped.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee deducted from the total return amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as ATI Watches is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Service & Battery Replacement

For all service work—including watch repairs, maintenance, inspections, and battery replacements—the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from ATI Watches.

We recommend that all watches sent for service be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable and insured method.
